M. Helen Comer has more than a decade of experience as a photographer, manager and video editor. As a photojournalist, she spent years as an instrumental leader in the newsroom of a daily newspaper, managing three full-time photographers, a variety of freelance photographers, a graphic artist and an entertainment editor. Her leadership skills were especially prominent during high stress times in breaking news situations.

Her passion for what she does goes deeper than just photography or visuals. Comer is a journalist with a passion for her community.
